Your Personalisation: Upon purchase a PDF proof will be sent via email within 24-48 hours. Please check to avoid delays. Please note if we do not receive a response before last estimated despatch date, your order will be shipped without artwork approval.

Delivery: Free Standard Royal Mail Delivery on all orders. Orders are despatched within 2-3 working days (Mon – Fri) from when order was received – Artwork approval depending.

Express delivery is available at checkout. Orders are despatched within 24 hrs (Mon – Fri)  from time order is placed – Artwork approval depending. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day.

Returns: Because this personalised product is unique to you, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund unless your product arrives damaged.
